2. Purpose of the General Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTC/GTCU) govern the sale and use of digital products offered by Leblois Erwan – Micro-Entreprise through its website. Purchase and use of these products constitute acceptance of these GTC/GTCU by the Customer without reservation.
3. Products and Services
The digital products sold on the site include, among others, PDF guides, ebooks, online courses, and other digital resources related to administrative procedures in Brazil. The products are exclusively digital and are delivered by email or via a download link after payment. No physical products are shipped.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1 Prices
Prices may be displayed in US dollars (USD) or other currencies for customer convenience. The transaction may be conducted in euros (€) and amounts shown in other currencies are estimates based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase.
Prices are VAT-exempt under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
⚠ Important note:
The exchange rate applied may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (Stripe).
The final amount debited may depend on the conversion rate applied by your bank or card at the time of payment.
4.2 Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe. The buyer warrants that they are fully authorized to use the payment method provided and that it gives access to sufficient funds to cover the order.
5. Access to Products and Delivery
Once payment is validated, the Customer will receive immediately or within 24 hours an email with a download link.
⚠ Customer responsibility: The Customer is responsible for verifying the email address provided during purchase and for saving the product after download. The product will not be resent if the confirmation email is lost.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
6.1 No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products provided immediately after purchase.
6.2 Satisfaction Guarantee or Refund – 30 Days
If the Customer is not satisfied with the product, they may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by sending a request by email to:

Conditions for refund:
✅ The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
✅ The Customer must explain the reason for their dissatisfaction.
⚠ Exclusions: Abusive or repeated refund requests may be refused.
Once the request is approved, the refund will be made within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content sold on the site is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law.
